What if I don't have a boating license?
No problem! We offer two solutions: we can assist you in obtaining a temporary boating license, or you can hire one of our drivers for $25/hour. Our drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about all local lakes.
Is delivery included?
We offer free delivery to Heffley Lake, Paul Lake, and Kamloops Lake. For other locations, there's a delivery fee of $50 per 100 km from Kamloops. We'll handle all the transportation logistics so you can focus on enjoying your day on the water.
What's included in the rental?
All rentals include the inflatable boat, electric motor, battery, life jackets, paddles, anchor, and basic safety equipment. You can add extras like coolers, speakers, and dry bags for an additional fee. We ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized between uses.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. In case of severe weather conditions, we offer rescheduling at no additional cost.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions make boating unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost. For light rain or overcast conditions, rentals typically proceed as planned unless you prefer to reschedule.
